C:WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE EXPORT EXPERIENCE ?

We have rich tens of years export experience and  reliable forwarder agent specialized in dangerous goods transportation for our batteries, which can ship items to you by sea/air/Express to your doorstep. Any way, we will help you choose the most suitable shipping service.

D:WHAT’S YOUR WARRANTY?

We have different specs of batteries, such as 48V power-wall and sever rack battery, inverter and battery all in one ESS etc, and the life time of our batteries and the battery cells inside can be use around 10 years, warranty it will be around 3-10 years depends on client’s request.

E:DO YOU HAVE ANY MOQ LIMIT?

Yes, we have MOQ for mass production of our battery pack, it depends on the different part numbers. 1~10pcs sample order is available. Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

F:CAN I DO THE CERTIFICATIONS UNDER MY COMPANY NAME?

No problem, in order to give our customers the greatest support, we will fully cooperate with our customers to do the required certification such as UL, CE, RoHs, UN38.3, MSDS, IEC under our client’s company name.

G:DO YOUR BATTERIES HAVE SHIPPING CERTIFICATION?

Yes, we have full certifications such as UN38.3 and MSDS for our lithium ion battery packs, and the package for the battery we use are the DG box as well.

H:CAN I HAVE MY OWN DESIGN FOR THE BATTERY?

Yes, we support OEM&ODM service. Free to send us Email about it.

Yes, OTsupply new energy  has our own engineer team and your the inverters you are using are not in the list of what we are compatible at the moment, our engineer will make the inverter adjustment before we shipping out your goods.
